Appointment Policy – Read Before You Book
We love what we do, but our time (and yours) is valuable — so here’s how we keep things fair for everyone:
Cancellations
•If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, a 25% fee will be required to rebook.
• If you no-show, you will be charged 50% of the missed service, and a 25% deposit will be required to get back on the schedule.
Late Arrivals
•Up to 15 minutes late? There’s a late fee.
•Over 15 minutes late? Your spot is gone, the appointment is marked as a no-show, and the no-show policy kicks in.
